Here I am with a half of a longboard blank cut out.I got myself a ten foot block of foam from a new foam maker and have started cutting for my next production run. The foam looks really good and I am anxious to shape it.I am cutting 2 longboards for now; one for my friend Steve and the other for myself. Got some small wave riding planned for the summer.I gotta say….. that sure is a lot of foam! …I am almost 6′5″ tall..:-)

Just shaped this potato chip style thruster on Thursday.

6′ x 19″ x 2″

All of my EPS/epoxy boards are noticably lighter than the run of the mill PU/PE boards, but this shaped blank is sooooo light. I’ll be glassing it shortly and even after it’s done, I’m betting that this is going to be one super light board.
